Relationship Coaching
— In the heart of downtown Boise, Idaho
Table Rock Wellness helps couples and individuals build stronger, more connected relationships — through honest conversation, proven tools, and a clear path forward.
Our Approach
"Most relationship struggles aren't about not loving each other — they're about not having the right tools."
Just as Table Rock rises above the city and offers a clearer view of the valley below, we help you step back from the day-to-day conflict and see your relationship from a higher vantage point. We work with both couples and individuals — whether you're navigating persistent conflict, trying to rebuild connection, or simply want a stronger foundation for the future.
Our coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. We don't dwell in the past — we help you understand what's happening now and build the skills to create something better.

Every coach at Table Rock Wellness shares the same commitment — helping you and your partner find a clearer, more connected path forward.
Sonja specializes in working with individuals navigating the emotional aftermath of relationship breakdown — separation, divorce, and rebuilding after loss. Her approach centers on self-discovery and forward momentum, helping clients understand not just what went wrong, but how to show up differently in the relationships ahead.
Craig has the deeply held belief that most couples in crisis aren't failing for lack of love — they're failing for lack of tools. With a background in communications, philosophy, and psychology, he brings a grounded, empathetic approach to helping couples and individuals break the patterns keeping them stuck.
Avery works primarily with couples who are committed to staying together but stuck in repeating cycles they can't seem to break. Her approach is structured and practical — she helps couples develop concrete communication tools, identify their specific conflict patterns, and build new habits that hold up outside the coaching room.
